  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Aged Unbilled Labor Dashpart

Use the Aged Unbilled Labor dashpart on the Dashboard of the Projects hub to view an assessment of the labor amounts at the project level. This includes billed and unbilled amounts, as well as an aging chart to display the period of time that the labor has gone unbilled.

If you are using Internet Explorer, click the dashpart title link to open Project Review . (You might be prompted to log in before Project Review displays.)

Field Description
Currency If your firm uses multiple currencies, the currency code displays above the graph, and all currency amounts display in the project's billing currency.
Billed This field displays the total amount billed on the project, which is the sum of the Billed and Tax Billed amounts that are shown in Project Review. Retainage is included in the amount in Billed.

Calculation: Billed = Billed + Tax Billed amount on posted invoices

Unbilled This field displays the value of unbilled labor records through today's date.

Calculation: Unbilled = Billing value of posted and unposted labor records with a billing status of B (billable) or H (held)

Aging Categories The horizontal axis of the graph displays the aging categories. Each bar represents the unbilled labor amount for that aging category, as of today.
