  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Project Template Audit

The Project Template Audit report displays user IDs and dates for each update, delete, and insert action performed on project template records.

You create and work with project template records on the Project Templates form (Settings > Projects > Project Templates in the desktop application). If a project template record is deleted, the name of the project template is blank wherever that template is listed on the report.

For a comparison of old and new values, listed by column name, generate the Project Template Audit Detail report.

Audit Trail Setting

This report is only available if you or your system administrator selected the option for the hub under Enable Hub Audit Trail on the Audit Trail form in Settings > General > Audit Trail.
