Columns for Project Template Audit Report
This report contains a standard set of columns. You do not have the option to change which columns appear on the report.

Field | Description |

Project Template Name | This column displays the name of the project template for which information was modified on the Project Templates form ( | in the desktop application).
Project | This column displays a Vantagepoint-assigned identifier for the project level of the template. |
Phase | If the change occurred at the phase level or task level of the work breakdown structure, this column displays the phase number for which information was modified. |
Task | If the change occurred at the task level of the work breakdown structure, this column displays the task number for which information was modified. |
Operation | This column displays the type of the operation performed: delete, insert, or update. |
Modification Date | This column displays the date on which the record was modified. |
Modification User | This column displays the name of the user who modified the record unless the user ID is not mapped to a user name, in which case only the user ID displays. |
Application | This column displays the name of the application in which the modification was made. |
