Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Display the New Item Dialog Box

You display the New Item dialog box from a form in the Purchasing and Inventory applications.

  1. Open a Purchasing or Inventory form and enter an item.

    If you enter an item that is not on the Items list, and Automatic Add/Items is selected in Purchasing and Inventory Company Settings, a prompt asks if you want to add the item to the list. If you click Yes, the New Item dialog box displays.
