Change a Line Item's Quantity

You can increase or decrease the quantity for a line item.

To change a line item's quantity:

1. On the Navigation menu, click Purchasing > Purchase Orders.
2. In the Line Items grid of the Purchase Orders form, click .
   Vantagepoint adds a new row to the grid.
3. Complete this new row for the item.
4. To change the quantity, enter the new amount in the Qty field.
   To increase the order, enter a positive number. To decrease the order, enter a negative number.
5. Click Save.
