Field Description
Credential If you have previously selected one or more credentials for the search, those credentials display in this column.

To add a credential, click + Add Credential and select a credential. If the list of credentials is long, you can also type one or more characters in the field and pause to display a selection list that includes only credentials that contain those characters.

To delete a credential, click at the end of the grid row for that credential.

State/Province To specify one or more states or provinces in which a credential must be valid, select them in this field. You must select the states or provinces one at a time, but you can select as many as you want.
+ Add Credential Click this option to create a blank grid row so you can add a credential to the search.
Expires After To specify a date through which all credentials must be valid (the expected end date of the project, for example), select the date in this field.
The search results include the following:
  • Resources who have one of the selected credentials, and the expiration date for the credential is after the date in this field.
  • Resources who have one of the selected credentials, and that credential does not have an expiration date. (In other words, this filter only applies to credentials that have an expiration date.)
Set and Cancel Click Set to add the credential details to the search. Click Cancel to close the dialog box without updating the search.
