Transaction Entry Form
Before you open a transaction file on the Transaction Entry form, you see a standard set of toolbar options and a set of common fields. When you select a transaction type, the main form specific to that transaction type displays. For example, if you select AP Vouchers, the AP Vouchers main form displays.
To add more information to the transaction file, select the transaction file and click or

You display this form in the Transaction Center. - Actions Bar for the Transaction Entry Form
Use the Actions bar to post transaction files, schedule transaction files for posting, or access report options. - Transaction Entry Grid Options
Use Grid Options to view transaction details, as well as print or delete transaction files. The Grid Options icon appears when you hover your cursor at the end of a grid row. - Contents of the Transaction Entry Main Form
Use this form to select the file(s) that you want to work with.
