Fields and Options
You create and work with different transaction file types on the main transaction entry form and modify their details on related dialog boxes.

The All Transactions form lists all the transaction records that were created. You can select a transaction record to view details about the transaction or perform other actions on the transaction (for example, submit the record, set control totals, or delete the record). - Transaction Entry Form
Before you open a transaction file on the Transaction Entry form, you see a standard set of toolbar options and a set of common fields. When you select a transaction type, the main form specific to that transaction type displays. For example, if you select AP Vouchers, the AP Vouchers main form displays. - Layout Dialog Box
Use this dialog box to specify the document and page formatting properties, field level information, and visual characteristics that are displayed on reports. - New File Dialog Box
On the New File dialog box, enter information about the new transaction file that you are creating for transaction data entry. - Control Totals Dialog Box
Use the Control Totals dialog box to specify control totals used to check transaction entries. - Currency Override Dialog Box
If you use multiple currencies, you can use the Currency Override dialog box to select a different transaction currency for the current transaction or to override the exchange rate used for the current transaction. - Custom Frequency Dialog Box
Use the Custom Frequency dialog box to specify the custom interval for the recurring journal entries. When the Frequency is set to Custom, you can select the Custom button to open this dialog box. - Supporting Documents Dialog Box in Transaction Center
Use the Supporting Document dialog box to associate one or more documents with a transaction or set of transactions. - Tax Codes Dialog Box - Journal Entries
Use this dialog box to enter the tax codes to calculate tax amounts for the Total Tax Debit or Total Tax Credit fields on the Journal Entries form in Transaction Entry. - Project/Phase/Task Lookup
Use the Project/Phase/Task lookup to add a project, and any associated phases and tasks, to the current record.
