Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Contents of the Sort Options Dialog Box

Use the options to select columns and to specify how the columns are sorted.

Field Description
Column This displays the column names that were selected from the Select Columns dialog box.
Sort In Use this field to select the sort order of the corresponding column. The options are ascending or descending.
Select Columns Click this option to display the Select Columns dialog box where you can select columns in the dashpart that need to be sorted.
Apply Click this option to save the sorting options you modified and close the dialog box.
Cancel Click this option to close the dialog box without saving your changes.
