Report Categories

The following report categories describe the types of data information presented in a report and which Hubs or applications in Vantagepoint use these categories.

Report Category Description Where Used
Summary There are several different types of summary reports. As an overall explanation, the Summary reports provide a summary of details for the selected application. For example, an Activity Summary report displays a summary of details for selected activities that you have either scheduled or completed, or a Project Summary report displays data for all project-related fields in the hubs. Detail The Detail reports display original and new column values for each update, delete, and insert action performed on related records. Accounting, Billing, Hubs, Purchasing
Audit The Audit reports display the user IDs and dates for each update, delete, and insert action performed on records in the selected application. For example, the Marketing Campaign audit report shows the user IDs and dates for each update, delete, and insert action performed on records in the Marketing Campaigns hub. Accounting, Billing, Hubs
