Working with Dashboards
Create and customize dashboards to access and view critical information for your business. You must have the appropriate access rights in Security Settings to create and modify dashparts and dashboards.

The dashboards that you can access are displayed in the Navigation pane. Dashboard access is based on your access rights in Role Settings and on dashboard configuration. - Create Dashboards
