Sales Credit Options Tab

Use the Options tab to select report options for the Sales Credit report.

Detail Options

Field Description
Contract Status Use this field to select records for the report based on a customized contract status such as Internal Review, Sent to Client, Sent for Signature, Negotiation, Pending, Rejected, Legal Review, Signed & Executed, or Lost/No Deal.
Contract Type Use this field to select records for the report based on contract type. On the Contract Type lookup, click to select one or more types, such as Additional Services, Change Order, Letter of Agreement, Original, or others.
Include Contract Notes Select this check box to include any notes entered for the contracts.
Exclude Contracts Not Included in Fees Select this check box to exclude contracts for which the Include in Fees option is not selected.

Time Frame Options

Field Description
Contract Time Frame Specify the contracts that have a particular time period for the report:
  • All: Select this option if you do not want a report to filter out any contracts based on the Request Date, Approved Date, or Period assigned.
  • Request Date Range: Select this option to generate a report for contracts assigned a requested date within a specific range.
  • Approved Date Range: Select this option to generate a report for contracts assigned an approved date within a specific range.
  • Period Range: Select this option to generate a report for contracts assigned an accounting period within a specific range. You can select accounting periods from the drop-down lists.
Starting and Ending This field displays when date range or period range related option is selected in a time frame related field.

If a date range option is selected, use the Starting and Ending date fields to identify the start and end date range that will be used to generate the report.

If a period range option is selected, specify both a starting and ending accounting period in the Starting and Ending fields to generate the report for selected accounting period.

Reporting Amounts

Field Description
Report In

Select the currency in which to display amounts on the report:

  • Billing Currency: Select this setting to use the currency specified in Billing Currency on the Overview tab of the Projects form in the Projects hub.
  • Project Currency: Select this setting to use the currency specified in Project Currency on the Overview tab of the Projects form in the Projects hub.
  • Project's Functional Currency: Select this setting to display amounts on the report in the functional currency of the project.
  • Presentation Currency: Select this setting to use the currency that you specify for the Presentation Currency option.
