Select a reason when you disqualify a contact in the Responses tab in the Marketing Campaigns hub.

Status Reason | Select an option from the drop-down list, and click Disqualify . The system administrator sets the options for this field in the Contact Status Reason dialog box in the Labels and Lists Settings form. |
