Working with Hub Records in Proposals
You can pull information directly from existing hub records into a new custom proposal. Using hub records in this way means that you can use employee resumes and bios, project experience sheets, firm profiles, narrative text, and graphics to build a winning proposal.

When you use the Insert Fields option on the Edit Text dialog box to insert field placeholders into a proposal, these fields include options to specify additional information: - Edit Record Layout Options
When you add hub records to a proposal or modify existing proposal records, the Edit Record Layout pane displays. This pane is active only when the proposal contains hub records and you are editing their respective layout. Use the options on this pane to format and save the hub record information that is included within a proposal. - Insert Hub Records into a Proposal
While building a proposal, you can insert information from one or more hub records into the proposal at the same time. You define the layout of those records so that they all contain the same information and layout with a few simple clicks. - Insert Fields Into a Proposal
After you insert a hub record into a proposal, you can specify the hub fields that you want to include. This option displays if your enterprise uses CRM Plus. - Insert an Image into a Hub Record
As you build a proposal that includes hub records, you can insert images into those records. You can also drag additional images onto records after you first create them.
