Change Assignment Dialog Box
Use the Change Assignment dialog box to assign an additional employee to the current approval step for a specific record or move the approval assignment from one employee to another employee.
The dialog box applies when you use an approval workflow for an application and the Allow Approvers to Reassign check box has been selected for an approval workflow on the General tab in .
The newly assigned employee has the same abilities as the other approvers for the approval step.
After you make and save an assignment change on this dialog box, you see the new assignment for an employee added to the Assignments grid on the Progress tab of the record entry form (such as the Purchase Requisitions form).
