Run, Analyze, and Share Reports
After running a report in Vantagepoint, you can review the data to ensure the necessary information is included and then schedule, email, print, and/or download the report to share as needed.

When you run a report,Vantagepoint compiles information from the selected records and generates a formatted report in a separate window. You can use this window to preview the report, evaluate the results, and make changes as needed and run again, or to download and save the results to share with team members. - Run or Preview a Favorite Report
When you run a favorite report, Vantagepoint automatically retrieves set options and previously defined data from the appropriate records and generates a formatted report in a separate window. - Drill Down for Detail on a Report
For some fields, you can drill down on a report to display more information about a value on the report. Vantagepoint displays the related detail in a separate window. - Share a Favorite Report with Other Roles
When you save a favorite report (and if you have the appropriate security access) you may have the option to define additional user roles that can access the report. - Search a Previewed Report
After you run a report, you can use a simple or advanced search to locate specific data in the previewed report. - Print a Report
After you run a report, you can print it from the report preview or save it as a PDF. - Download a Report
After you run a report, you can download one or more pages of the report to a specific file format, such as a Word or CSV file. - Create an Activity from Report Options
When you run certain types of reports, you have the option to simultaneously create an activity. Together, these two tasks enable you to track when the report was run and even printed. For employee and contact reports, creating an activity will also associate the activity to all employees or contacts.
