Search a Previewed Report
After you run a report, you can use a simple or advanced search to locate specific data in the previewed report.
For a basic search, use the Find field and Find Next field to quickly locate one or more instances of a specific word or string of characters in the report.
The advanced search enables complex searches where you can locate specific fields or values, including columns and records, within the report data. The advanced search opens a Search Criteria grid on which you can select grid columns, filters, operators, and values to build very specific searches and find the exact data that you need. You can download the advanced search results to a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet where data can be manipulated and shared as needed.

Use the advanced search options to search a report that is displayed in the Preview window, based on the fields and search values that you specify in the Search Criteria grid. You can then view the search results, print them, or download them to a spreadsheet. - Download Search Results
After completing an advanced search on a previewed report, you can download the results of the search to a .CSV (comma separated values) file. This allows you to then use Microsoft Excel or another spreadsheet application that supports .CSV files to open the file and format the exported data for analysis and to share with other team members.
