Enable QuickBooks Integration and Connect QuickBooks Online with Vantagepoint
To use QuickBooks Online with Vantagepoint, you enable the integration and connect QuickBooks Online with Vantagepoint.
Prerequisites:
You must have:
- Installed QuickBooks Online
- Created an Intuit Developer Account
- Created an Intuit App for Vantagepoint
- Completed the Vantagepoint activation
To enable QuickBooks integration and connect QuickBooks Online with Vantagepoint:
After you connect QuickBooks Online with Vantagepoint, you must complete the following steps before the two products are fully configured and ready to use together:
- Click the Initialize Vantagepoint button to copy records from QuickBooks Online to Vantagepoint for the first time.
- Review and map general ledger accounts and tax codes (if you use tax codes).
- Map vendor records to employee records.
- Set the frequency of automatic updating of records and transactions between Vantagepoint and QuickBooks Online.
- Select optional and advanced options.
