Managing Recurring Activities
After creating a recurring activity, you can edit the series or modify a specific occurrence.
In the Activities hub, you can edit the series of recurring activities or delete it.
When you select an activity record that is part of a series of recurring activities in the Calendar application or on the Activities tab in an associated hub, you view only one occurrence at a time. You can edit that instance or mark it as complete and it will not affect the rest of the series.
Reminders for activities in the Notification Center, and activity records listed in dashparts, only reflect a specific occurrence in the series. Dismissing or snoozing the reminder or marking the activity complete affects only the selected occurrence.

You can create recurring activities from the Activities hub, Calendar, My Activities dashpart, or any hub that contains an Activities grid. Each occurrence in the series is linked to contacts (both qualified and leads), firms (client and vendor), projects, marketing campaigns, employees, and user-defined hubs. - Edit the Series of Recurring Activities
You can edit the series of recurring activities in the Activities hub. When you edit a series, all the occurrences reflect the change that you make. If there is one instance that you edited previously via the Calendar or an associated hub, that instance will not reflect the change. - Edit an Occurrence in a Series of Recurring Activities
You can edit a single instance in a series of recurring activities on the Calendar or on the Activities tab of an associated hub. You can also mark an occurrence as complete. The change that you make on a specific occurrence does not affect the whole series.
