Exclude Promotional and Overhead Projects from the Unbilled Reports

To exclude promotional and overhead projects from the Unbilled Detail and Aging report or the Unbilled Summary report, select projects for the report based on charge type.

To exclude these projects:

1. On the Reports grid, click in the report's row to display the Records or Saved Searches column.
2. Click to display the drop-down list, which includes saved searches associated with this report and a search option.
3. Click the Search option.
4. In the far left column of the Search Criteria grid on the Search dialog box, click to display the Lookup Search list and then select Charge Type.
   Vantagepoint populates the Value field with a list of available charge types.
5. Click in the Value field, and select Regular as the charge type.
6. Click Apply.
