Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Display the Change Assignment Dialog Box

You display the form in Purchasing.

  1. On the entry form toolbar of an application that uses an approval workflow, click Approvals > Reassign.
    For example, click Approvals > Reassign on the Purchase Requisition form in Purchasing > Purchase Requisitions.

    The Approvals option displays only if you are an approver for the current approval workflow step or if you are the workflow's administrator. These are specified on the General tab in Settings > Workflow > Approval Workflows for an approval workflow.

    The Reassign option displays only if the Allow Approvers to Reassign check box is selected for an approval workflow on the General tab in Approval Workflows Configuration for an approval workflow.
