Activities Dialog Box
Use the Activities dialog box to add or edit activities that are entered on the Activities tab for the currently selected hub record, for the calendar, or the active report. New activities entered here are also added to your calendar and dashboard.

Access the dialog box from the Activities tab in the hubs, from the dashboard, from the Calendar, or from Reporting. - Contents of the Activities Dialog Box
Use the Activities dialog box to schedule, copy, delete, and modify activities for your contacts, marketing campaigns, employees, user-defined hubs, and projects. These activities are added to your hub records on the Activities tab within each hub, on the Dashboard, and on the Calendar.
