SF330 Populate a Block from a Boilerplate

You can populate some proposal form blocks with information stored in a boilerplate. For example, you can use a boilerplate as the source for information in Block 30 on the Section H tab.

To use boilerplate documents in a block:

  1. Click in the block and click Select Boilerplate.
  2. On the Boilerplate Lookup dialog box, search for the boilerplate that you want to use and then click Select.
  3. On the Select Item dialog box, select boilerplate records from the Available column and click the Right > button to move the records to the Selected column.
If you try to place data in a block that already has text, Vantagepoint displays a dialog box that gives you a choice. You can either append new text to the existing text or replace the existing text with the new text.
  4. To change the sequence of a boilerplate record, select the record and click the Move Up or Move Down button.
