Performing Expense Report Approval Tasks
If you have authorization, you can submit, approve, restart, reassign, reopen, or reject expense reports.
In addition to performing these tasks directly from the Expense Reports form, you can also use the Approval Center to review and then approve or reject records.

If you have the employee expense approvals workflow enabled, you can submit an expense report for approval. - Approve an Expense Report

If you have the employee expense approvals workflow enabled, you can unsubmit an expense report that you submitted for approval.
