You can select the columns to display on your report.

Field Description
Actual Completion For completed projects, this column displays the actual completion date.
Allocation Method This column displays the method selected for the project for allocating estimated fees across time. The allocation method reflects when you expect to receive future fee payments. It is specified on the Estimated Fee tab of the Contract Management form.
Award Type This column displays the type of award for the project (for example, IDIQ - GWAC, IDIQ - Agency Specific, BPA).
Backlog This column displays the unearned monetary amount for work that is under contract, calculated as follows:

Total Compensation - Job-to-date Revenue Amount

Backlog is used as an indicator of a firm's business volume, which is usually expressed as the number of months of backlog.

Balance Amount This column displays the monetary amount remaining to be spent to complete the work, calculated as follows:

Budgeted Amount - Job-to-date spent amount.

Balance Amount Bill This column displays the budgeted amount that has not been spent, calculated at billing rates. This amount includes both labor and expenses.
Balance Amount Cost This column displays the budgeted amount that has not been spent, calculated at cost rates. This amount includes both labor and expenses.
Balance Dir. Consultant Amount Bill This column displays the budgeted amount for direct consultant expenses that has not been spent, calculated at billing rates.
Balance Dir. Consultant Amount Cost This column displays the budgeted amount for direct consultant expenses that has not been spent, calculated at cost rates.
Balance Direct Amount Bill This column displays the budgeted amount for direct expenses that has not been spent, calculated at billing rates.

This column displays the labor hours remaining to complete the work, calculated as follows:

Budgeted Hours - Job-to-date hours

Balance Hours at Bill Budget Rate This column displays the labor hours remaining to complete the work if they are expended at the bill budgeted rate. Vantagepoint calculates the balance hours as follows:

Balance Hours at Cost Budget Rate This column displays the labor hours remaining to complete the work if they are expended at the cost budgeted rate. Vantagepoint calculates the balance hours as follows:

This column displays the labor hours remaining to complete the work if they are expended at the current effective rate, based on billing. Vantagepoint calculates the balance hours as follows:

Balance Hours at Eff. Rate Cost This column displays the labor hours remaining to complete the work if they are expended at the current effective rate, based on cost. Vantagepoint calculates the balance hours as follows:

Balance Indirect Amount Bill This column displays the budgeted amount for indirect expenses that has not been spent, calculated at billing rates.
Balance Indirect Amount Cost This column displays the budgeted amount for indirect expenses that has not been spent, calculated at cost rates.
Balance Labor Amount Bill This column displays the budgeted labor amount that has not been spent, calculated at billing rates.

Balance Other Exp. Amount Bill This column displays the budgeted amount for other expenses(expenses charged to accounts with the Other Charges account type) that has not been spent, calculated at billing rates.

Balance Overhead Amount Cost This column displays the budgeted overhead amount that has not been spent, calculated at cost rates.
Balance Reimb. Consultant Amount Bill This column displays the budgeted amount for reimbursable consultant expenses that has not been spent, calculated at billing rates.
Balance Reimb. Consultant Amount Cost This column displays the budgeted amount for reimbursable consultant expenses that has not been spent, calculated at cost rates.
Balance Reimbursable Amount Bill This column displays the budgeted amount for reimbursable expenses that has not been spent, calculated at billing rates.
Balance Reimbursable Amount Cost This column displays the budgeted amount for reimbursable expenses that has not been spent, calculated at cost rates.
Bid Date This column displays the date on which your firm first bid on the project.
Bill Budgeted Rate This column displays the rate that Vantagepoint applies to budgeted labor hours (Budgeted Hours) to calculate the budgeted labor amount at billing rates (Budgeted Labor Amount Bill).
Bill by Default

This column displays one of the following settings to indicate whether or not to bill the client for certain expense charges:

  • Yes: Always bill expense charges to the client, whether or not the Bill by Default option is selected for the associated category in Expense Settings.
  • No: Never bill expense charges to the client, whether or not the Bill by Default option is selected for the associated category in Expense Settings.
  • Category: Only bill charges to the client if the Bill by Default option is selected for the associated category in Expense Settings.
Billable Message

This column displays one of the following values to indicate whether or not an error message displays when a user charges certain expenses to the project in an expense report:

  • No Message: No message displays when the Bill by Default option for the expense category is different from the Bill by Default option for the project.
  • Warning: A warning message displays when the Bill by Default option for the expense category is different from the Bill by Default option for the project. You must explicitly choose to continue with the transaction if you want to charge the expense to the project with the selected expense category.
  • Error: An error message displays when the Bill by Default option for the expense category is different from the Bill by Default option for the project. You cannot charge the expense to the project with the selected category.
Billing Address This column displays the client's billing street address, city, state, and ZIP code. If the address is too long for the width of the column, it continues on additional lines within the column.
Billing Client This column displays the name of the client to be billed.
Billing Contact This column displays the billing contact for the client.
Billing Contact Email This column displays the email address for the billing contact for the client.
Billing Contact Fax This column displays the fax number for the billing contact for the client.
Billing Contact Phone This column displays the phone number for the billing contact for the client.
Budget Multiplier Billing This column displays the budget multiplier for cost from Resource Management. Vantagepoint calculates this multiplier as follows:

Budgeted Amount Bill This column displays the budgeted amount, calculated at billing rates. This amount includes both labor and expense.
Budgeted Amount Cost This column displays the budgeted amount, calculated at cost rates. This amount includes both labor and expense.
Budgeted Dir. Consultant Amount Bill This column displays the total budgeted amount for direct consultant expenses, calculated at billing rates.
Budgeted Dir. Consultant Amount Cost This column displays the total budgeted amount for direct consultant expenses, calculated at cost rates.
Budgeted Direct Amount Bill This column displays the total budgeted amount for direct expenses, calculated at billing rates.

Budgeted Expense Amount Bill This column displays the total budgeted amount for expenses, calculated at billing rates.

Budgeted Hours This column displays the total hours budgeted. Your selection in Budget Source on the Options tab of the Project Earnings report determines whether budget hours and amounts come from the project budget worksheet, the associated plan's budget, or the associated plan's baseline.
Budgeted Indirect Amount Bill This column displays the total budgeted amount for indirect expenses, calculated at billing rates.
Budgeted Indirect Amount Cost This column displays the total budgeted amount for indirect expenses, calculated at cost rates.
Budgeted Labor Amount Bill This column displays the budgeted amount for labor, calculated at billing rates. This amount includes regular hours, overtime hours, and secondary overtime hours.
Budgeted Labor Amount Cost This column displays the budgeted amount for labor, calculated at cost rates. This amount includes regular hours, overtime hours, and secondary overtime hours.
Budgeted Level If your firm uses Resource Management, this column indicates the level of the project work breakdown structure or plan work breakdown structure at which budgeting is done.
Budgeted Levels This column displays the labor code levels to which employees can charge time for the project. The budgeted labor code levels available depend on the number of labor code levels your firm uses.
Budgeted OH Rate This column displays the budgeted overhead rate. If you use the assignment method for overhead allocation, Vantagepoint uses the budgeted overhead rate for both budgeting and allocation purposes. For all other overhead allocation methods, Vantagepoint uses the budgeted overhead rate only to calculate the overhead amount for the project's budget.
Budgeted Other Exp. Amount Bill This column displays the total budgeted amount for other expenses (expenses charged to accounts with the Other Charges account type), calculated at billing rates.
Budgeted Other Exp. Amount Cost This column displays the total budgeted amount for other expenses (expenses charged to accounts with the Other Charges account type), calculated at cost rates.
Budgeted Overhead Amount Cost This column displays the budgeted overhead amount, calculated at cost rates. If you generate a report showing overhead, but you have not yet allocated overhead for the current period, an estimated overhead amount is used.
Budgeted Reimb. Consultant Amount Bill This column displays the total budgeted amount for reimbursable consultant expenses, calculated at billing rates.
Budgeted Reimb. Consultant Amount Cost This column displays the total budgeted amount for reimbursable consultant expenses, calculated at cost rates.
Budgeted Reimbursable Amount Bill This column displays the total budgeted amount for reimbursable expenses, calculated at billing rates.
Budgeted Reimbursable Amount Cost This column displays the total budgeted amount for reimbursable expenses, calculated at cost rates.
Budgeted Source If your firm uses Resource Management, this column displays the source of the budget data included on the report: plan or project record.
Budgeted Validation This column displays the setting Vantagepoint uses to determine the level of access users are allowed when they enter labor codes on their timesheets: None, Warning, or Error.
Business Development Lead This column displays the name of the employee designated as the business development lead for the project.
Capacity Calculation This column indicates if the project is included in the calculation of scheduled hours and percentages and of utilization hours and percentages that are used for resource planning and resource management.
Charge Type

This column displays one of the following charge types for the project:

  • R: Regular projects are revenue-producing. Costs charged to regular projects include direct labor, direct expense, and reimbursable expense. Vantagepoint retains the detail for a regular project for the life of the project.
  • H: Overhead projects are not revenue-producing. Costs charged to overhead projects include indirect labor and indirect expense. Vantagepoint distributes the total cost of these projects to regular projects during overhead allocation. Typical overhead projects can include General Overhead, Vacation, Sick Leave, Holiday, and Civic Duty. Vantagepoint resets job-to-date costs to zero for overhead projects when you initialize for a new fiscal year.
  • P: Promotional projects track the cost to acquire a job. If you obtain the contract, you can create a new regular project and transfer the detail to it to be billed or tracked. A promotional project is similar to an overhead project. However, Vantagepoint does not zero out job-to-date costs at the start of each fiscal year for promotional projects.
Client Address

For clients that use more than one address, this column displays an address description to indicate which address is associated with the project. For example, this column might display one of the following:

  • <Default>: The default address from the Firms hub
  • Corporate HQ: The address of the client's headquarters
  • London: The address for the client's office in London, UK
Client Billing Address

For clients that use more than one address, this column displays an address description to indicate which address is the billing address for the project. For example, this column might display one of the following:

  • <Default>: This is the default client address from the Firms hub.
  • Corporate HQ: This is the address of the client's headquarters.
  • London: This is the address for the client's office in London, UK.

If you want the report to display client billing addresses, select the Billing Address column.

Client Confidential This Yes/No column indicates whether or not the client firm's name is confidential and is to be excluded from all proposals. If the client's name is confidential and you include the project in a proposal, Vantagepoint substitutes an alias for the client name.
Client Name This column displays the client associated with the project.
Committed Purchase Order Expense Bill This column displays the amount of expenses committed to approved purchase orders, calculated at billing rates. This column is not affected by the Include Committed PO Expense option on the General tab. It displays committed purchase order expense amounts whether or not that option is selected.
Committed Purchase Order Expense Cost This column displays the amount of expenses committed to approved purchase orders, calculated at cost rates. This column is not affected by the Include Committed PO Expense option on the General tab. It displays committed purchase order expense amounts whether or not that option is selected.
Compensation This column displays the total monetary amount you expect to receive for direct labor and direct expenses related to the project.
Competition Type

This column displays the competition type for the project (for example, GSA Schedules or Woman Owned Set-Aside).

Completion Comment This column displays the comments entered for the completion date.
Confidential Project Alias This column displays the alternate name that Vantagepoint uses in proposals in place of the actual client name when the client requests that you keep the firm's name confidential.
Construction Completion Date This column displays the date on which your firm completed all work.
Contact EMail This column displays the contact's email address.
Contact Fax This column displays the fax number for the contact.
Contact Name This column displays the name of the contact.
Contact Phone This column displays the phone number for the contact.
Contract Backlog This column displays the total of Contract Total Compensation - JTD Revenue.
Contract Compensation This column displays the monetary amount you expect to receive for direct labor and direct expenses related to the contract.
Contract Date This column displays the date on which your firm was awarded the contract.
Contract Direct Consultant This column displays the monetary amount you expect to receive for direct consultant fees related to the contract.
Contract Direct Expense This column displays the monetary amount you expect to receive for direct expenses related to the contract.
Contract Direct Labor This column displays the monetary amount you expect to receive for direct labor related to the contract.
Contract Reimbursable Allowance This column displays the expected amount of reimbursable expenses and reimbursable consultant fees related to the contract.
Contract Reimbursable Consultant This column displays the expected amount of reimbursable consultant fees related to the contract. This amount includes any markups on consultant professional services.
Contract Reimbursable Expense This column displays the expected amount of reimbursable expenses related to the contract.
Contract Total Compensation This column displays the sum of Contract Compensation, Contract Direct Consultant, and Contract Reimbursable Allowance amounts.
Contract Type This column displays the contract type for the related contracts.
Cost Budgeted Rate This column displays the rate that Vantagepoint applies to budgeted labor hours (Budgeted Hours) to calculate the budgeted labor amount at cost rates (Budgeted Labor Amount Cost).
Cost Rate Method If you use Payroll and you set the Enable Cost Rate Tables option to Yes in Settings > Accounting > Labor Options, this column displays one of the following cost rate methods:
  • From Employee Cost Rate
  • From Labor Rate Table
  • From Category Rate Table
  • From Labor Code Table
  • None
Cost Rate Table If you use Payroll and you set the Enable Cost Rate Tables option to Yes in Settings > Accounting > Labor Options, this column displays one of the following cost rate tables:
  • Labor Rate Table
  • Category Rate Table
  • Labor Code Table

This column is blank if Cost Rate Method contains From Employee Cost Rate.

Create Date This column displays the date on which the plan was created. The report displays this date only in the total line for each plan.
Create User This column displays the Vantagepoint user ID of the employee who created the record.
Cross Charge Method

Cross charges allow you to transfer revenue and overhead charges between organizations when an employee from one organization works on a project for another organization.

This column displays the cross charge method for the project from the Apply Rate Method at this Level field on the Accounting tab of the Projects form:

  • Global: Vantagepoint uses the cross charge method specified on the Cross Charge tab of the Individual Organization Setup form.
  • Project: Vantagepoint uses the cross charge method specified in the Rate Method field on the Accounting tab of the Projects form.
  • None: Vantagepoint does not generate cross charges for the project.
Cross Charge Rate This column displays the markup rate that Vantagepoint uses when it transfers revenue back to an employee's organization or when it transfers an employee's overhead charges to the organization associated with the project.
Cur Gross Margin Bill This column displays the gross margin for the current accounting period, calculated at billing rates.
Cur Gross Margin Cost This column displays the gross margin for the current accounting period, calculated at cost rates.
Current Adjusted Unbilled This columns displays the Adjusted Unbilled amount that includes the Unbilled Gain/Loss entries:

The calculation for this column is Revenue - Billed + Unbilled Gain/Loss = Adjusted Unbilled. When this column is displayed in functional currency, it will match the Unbilled Services account in the general ledger, and will also match the Unbilled Services line in the File Reconciliation Report.

Current Amount Bill This column displays the amount spent in the current period, calculated at billing rates. This amount includes both labor and expenses.
Current Amount Cost This column displays the amount spent for the current period, calculated at cost rates. This amount includes both labor and expenses.
Current AR Amount This column displays the amount billed but not yet received for the current accounting period. This amount includes taxes.
Current Billed This column displays the total amount billed for the current accounting period.
Current Dir. Consultant Amount Bill This column displays the amount of direct consultant expenses for the current period, calculated at billing rates.
Current Dir. Consultant Amount Cost This column displays the amount of direct consultant expenses for the current period, calculated at cost rates.
Current Direct Amount Bill This column displays the amount of direct expenses for the current period, calculated at billing rates.
Current Direct Amount Cost This column displays the amount of direct expenses for the current period, calculated at cost rates.
Current Effective Multiplier This column displays the effective multiplier for the current accounting period.
Current Expense Amount Bill This column displays the total amount of expenses for the current period, calculated at billing rates.
Current Expense Amount Cost This column displays the total amount of expenses for the current period, calculated at cost rates.
Current Hours This column displays the total labor hours for the current period. This total includes regular hours, standard overtime hours, and secondary overtime hours.
Current Ind. Amount Bill This column displays the amount of indirect expenses for the current period, calculated at billing rates.
Current Ind. Amount Cost This column displays the amount of indirect expenses for the current period, calculated at cost rates.
Current Labor Amount Bill This column displays the amount spent on labor in the current period, calculated at billing rates. This amount includes the cost of regular hours, overtime hours, and secondary overtime hours.
Current Labor Amount Cost This column displays the amount spent on labor in the current period, calculated at cost rates. This amount includes the cost of regular hours, overtime hours, and secondary overtime hours.
Current Net Revenue Bill This column displays the net revenue for the current accounting period, calculated at billing rates.
Current Net Revenue Cost This column displays the net revenue for the current accounting period, calculated at cost rates.
Current Other Exp. Amt. Bill This column displays the amount of other expenses(expenses charged to accounts with the Other Charges account type) for the current period, calculated at billing rates.
Current Other Exp. Amt. Cost This column displays the amount of other expenses(expenses charged to accounts with the Other Charges account type) for the current period, calculated at cost rates.
Current Overhead Amount Cost This column displays the overhead amount for the current period, calculated at cost rates. If you generate a report showing overhead, but you have not yet allocated overhead for the current period, an estimated overhead amount is used.
Current Overtime Labor Amount Bill This column displays the amount spent on standard overtime labor hours in the current period, calculated at billing rates. Overtime amounts are calculated differently for hourly employees and salaried employees (see above).
Current Overtime Labor Amount Cost

This column displays the amount spent on standard overtime labor hours in the current period, calculated at cost rates. Overtime amounts are calculated differently for hourly employees and salaried employees.

  • For hourly employees, the overtime amount is calculated as follows:

    Overtime Hours * Hourly labor cost rate * Overtime percentage

  • For salaried employees, the overtime amount is calculated as follows:

    Overtime Hours * Annualized hourly rate * Overtime percentage

    The annualized hourly rate is calculated as follows: Annual salary / (Hours per week * 52)

Current Profit When you generate the report at cost rates, this column displays the profit for the current accounting period.
Current Profit Percent When you generate the report at cost rates, this column displays the profit percentage for the current accounting period.
Current Realization Ratio This column displays the realization ratio for the current accounting period.
Current Received This column displays the amount received for the current accounting period, including taxes.
Current Regular Hours This column displays the regular hours for the current period.
Current Regular Labor Amount Bill This column displays the amount spent on regular labor hours in the current period, calculated at billing rates.
Current Regular Labor Amount Cost This column displays the amount spent on regular labor hours in the current period, calculated at cost rates.
Current Reimb. Consultant Amount Bill This column displays the amount of reimbursable consultant expenses for the current period, calculated at billing rates.
Current Reimb. Consultant Amount Cost This column displays the amount of reimbursable consultant expenses for the current period, calculated at cost rates.
Current Reimbursable Amount Bill This column displays the amount of reimbursable expenses for the current period, calculated at billing rates.
Current Reimbursable Amount Cost This column displays the amount of reimbursable expenses for the current period, calculated at cost rates.
Current Revenue This column displays the revenue for the current accounting period.
Current Secondary Ovt. Hours This column displays the secondary overtime hours for the current period. Secondary overtime is overtime that is paid at a different rate than standard overtime. If you pay separately for secondary overtime, you must record those hours separately on the timesheet. You set secondary overtime on the Accounting tab of the Employees form.
Current Secondary Ovt. Labor Amount Cost This column displays the amount spent on secondary overtime labor hours in the current period, calculated at cost rates. Secondary overtime is overtime that is paid at a different rate than standard overtime. If you pay separately for secondary overtime, you must record those hours separately on the timesheet. You set secondary overtime on the Accounting tab of the Employees hub.
Current Unbilled This column displays the amount of revenue for the current period that has not yet been billed.
Current Unbilled Gain/Loss This column displays the gain/loss entries to unbilled services due to rate fluctuations.
Current Variance When you generate the report at billing rates, this column displays the variance amount for the current accounting period.
Current Variance Percent When you generate the report at billing rates, this column displays the variance percentage for the current accounting period.
Custom Adjusted Unbilled This column displays the Adjusted Unbilled amount that includes the Unbilled Gain/Loss entries for the custom period defined in Period Range on the Options tab.

The calculation for this column is Revenue - Billed + Unbilled Gain/Loss = Adjusted Unbilled. When this column is displayed in functional currency, it will match the Unbilled Services account in the general ledger, and will also match the Unbilled Services line in the File Reconciliation Report.

Custom Labor Amount Cost This column displays the amount spent on labor for the period defined in Period Range on the Options tab, calculated at cost rates. This amount includes the cost of regular hours, overtime hours, and secondary overtime hours.
Custom Net Revenue Bill This column displays the net revenue for the period defined in Period Range on the Options tab, calculated at billing rates.
Custom Net Revenue Cost This column displays the net revenue for the period defined in Period Range on the Options tab, calculated at cost rates.
Custom Other Exp. Amount Bill This column displays the amount of other expenses (expenses charged to accounts with the Other Charges account type) for the period defined in Period Range on the Options tab, calculated at billing rates.

Custom Overhead Amount Cost This column displays the overhead amount for the period defined in Period Range on the Options tab, calculated at cost rates. If you generate a report showing overhead, but you have not yet allocated overhead for the current period, an estimated overhead amount is used.
Custom Overtime Hours This column displays the standard overtime hours for the period defined in Period Range on the Options tab.

This column displays the amount spent on standard overtime labor hours for the period defined in Period Range on the Options tab, calculated at cost rates. Overtime amounts are calculated differently for hourly employees and salaried employees.

  • For hourly employees, the overtime amount is calculated as follows:

    Overtime Hours * Hourly labor cost rate * Overtime percentage

  • For salaried employees, the overtime amount is calculated as follows:

    Overtime Hours * Annualized hourly rate * Overtime percentage

Pre-Award Number This column displays the assigned project number for projects that are the in pursuit stage.
Principal Name This column displays the name of the principal for the project, phase, or task.
Probability This column displays the probability that your company will win the project.
Professional Services Completion Date This column displays the date on which your firm completed all professional services.
Project This column displays the project number.
Project Address 1-3 These columns display the three lines of the project mailing address.
Project City This column displays the project's city.
Project Country This column displays the country in which the project is located.
Project County This column displays the project's county.
Project Email This column displays the email address for the project.
Project Fax This column displays the fax number for the project location.
Project Manager Name This column displays the name of the project manager for the project, phase, or task.
Project Phone This column displays the telephone number for the project location.
Project State This column displays the project's state.
Project Type This column displays the type of project (for example, Educational, Commercial, Medical, or Federal).
Project Zip This column displays the ZIP code for the project address.
Promotional Project If the project is based on a promotional project, this column displays the project number for the promotional project.
Proposal Manager This column displays the name of the employee designated as the proposal manager for the project.
Referable This Yes/No column indicates whether or not the project can be used as a reference when talking with potential clients.
Reimbursable Allowance

This column displays the expected total amount of reimbursable expenses: Reimbursable Allowance Expense Fee + Reimbursable Allowance Consultant Fee. The amount is in the project's cost currency.

This amount is calculated from the fee entries on the Project Review form of the Projects hub.

Responsibility This column displays the level of responsibility that your enterprise has for the project, such as Prime, Joint Venture, or Consultant.
Rev. Multiplier/Amount This column displays the multiplier, percentage, or amount for the revenue method.

The report only displays a value in this column for the lowest work breakdown structure levels.

Rev. Multiplier/Amount (Sum) This column displays the multiplier, percentage, or amount for the revenue method. The difference between this column and the Rev. Multiplier/Amount column is that Vantagepoint treats this column as an amount column and displays group totals for it. This can be useful if you use calculated fields and want the revenue multiplier to be treated as an amount rather than as a multiplier.
Revenue This column displays the amount of revenue for the project.
Revenue Description This column displays the description of the revenue source (for example, JTD Billings, JTD Billings + WIP @, or (Pct Comp*Fee) + JTD Reimb Exp).
Revenue Type

This column displays the revenue type. The revenue type is a code to identify how Vantagepoint calculates revenue for the task, phase, or project. There are six standard revenue types:

  • B: Job-to-date billing
  • M: (Job-to-date direct labor * Multiplier) + Job-to-date reimbursable expenses @ cost rates
  • N: No revenue generation
  • P: Percent complete + Job-to-date reimbursable expenses @ cost rates
  • R: Job-to-date receipts
  • W: Job-to-date billing + Work-in-progress @ billing rates
Row Count This column displays the row number of a line item.
RP Direct Consultant If you select Project Planning Budget in Budget Source on the Options tab for the report, this column displays the amount for direct consultants based on the project plan.
RP Reimbursable Allowance If you select Project Planning Budget in Budget Source on the Options tab for the report, this column displays the reimbursable allowance amount (Reimbursable expenses + Reimbursable consultants) based on the project plan.
SF Last Update This columns displays the most recent date that the project data was updated based on Salesforce data.
SF Record This column displays the SF record identifier and this column is available if Salesforce integration is enabled in Utilities > Integrations > Salesforce.
Solicitation # This column displays the RFP number for the project as transferred from GovWin IQ.
Source This column displays the source of the project (for example, Client Referral, Consultant Job, or Marketing Campaign).
Stage This field indicates the current stage for the project.
Start Date This column displays the start date of the project, phase, or task.
Status This column displays the account's status: A-Active, I-Inactive, or D-Dormant.
Step This column displays the step for the project stage. Possible values are Won, Lost, In Pursuit, and Do Not Pursue.
SubLevel This Yes/No column indicates whether or not the project, phase, or task is associated with sub-level billing terms.
Supervisor Name This column displays the name of the supervisor for the project.
Target Multiplier Billing This column displays the target billing multiplier from Resource Management.
Target Multiplier Cost This column displays the target cost multiplier from Resource Management.
Task This column displays the task number.
Time Scale If Spread Evenly Across Time Scale is selected in Allocation Method on the Estimated Fee tab of the Contract Management form, this column displays the currently selected time scale. Possible time scales are the following:
  • Daily
  • Weekly
  • Biweekly
  • Semi-Monthly
  • Monthly
  • Quarterly
  • Yearly
Timesheet Line Item Approval This Yes/No column indicates whether or not timesheet line item approval is set up for the project. The timesheet line item approval feature gives your principals, project managers, and supervisors the ability to review and then approve or reject individual labor charges for their projects.
Total Compensation

This column displays the total compensation for the task, phase, or project, calculated as follows:

Compensation + Fee Direct Consultant + Reimbursable Allowance

Total Project Cost This column displays the total cost of the project.
Total Project Cost Comment This column displays the comments entered for the total project cost (for example, "Fee only" or "Phase I").
Traffic Live Project Name If the project is linked to a job in TrafficLIVE, this column displays the name of the TrafficLIVE project to which the job belongs.
Unit Table This column displays the name of a unit table.
Weighted Fee This column displays the Estimated Fee for the project and weighted based on the probability: Estimated fee x Probability percentage.
Won/Lost Date If the project is in a pipeline stage that is designated as a Won, Lost, or Do Not Pursue stage, this column displays the date on which the project was won or lost or on which you decided not to pursue it further.

If the project is assigned to a stage that is designated as an In Pursuit stage, it does not have a won/lost date.

Won/Loss Notes This column displays notes that relate to winning, losing, or abandoning pursuit of the project.
Won/Lost Reason This column displays the reason why the project was won or lost or why you decided not to pursue it.
YTD Adjusted Unbilled This column displays the Adjusted Unbilled amount that includes the Unbilled Gain/Loss entries.

The calculation for this column is Revenue - Billed + Unbilled Gain/Loss = Adjusted Unbilled. When this column is displayed in functional currency, it will match the Unbilled Services account in the general ledger, and will also match the Unbilled Services line in the File Reconciliation Report.

YTD Amount Bill This column displays the amount spent for the year to date, calculated at billing rates. This amount includes both labor and expenses.
YTD Amount Cost This column displays the amount spent for the year to date, calculated at cost rates. This amount includes both labor and expenses.
YTD AR Amount This column displays the amount billed but not yet received for the year to date. This amount includes taxes.
YTD Billed This column displays the total amount billed for the year to date.
YTD Dir. Consultant Amount Bill This column displays the amount of direct consultant expenses for the year to date, calculated at billing rates.
YTD Dir. Consultant Amount Cost This column displays the amount of direct consultant expenses for the year to date, calculated at cost rates.
YTD Direct Amount Bill This column displays the amount of direct expenses for the year to date, calculated at billing rates.
YTD Direct Amount Cost This column displays the amount of direct expenses for the year to date, calculated at cost rates.
YTD Effective Multiplier This column displays the effective multiplier for the year to date.
YTD Expense Amount Bill This column displays the total amount of expenses for the year to date, calculated at billing rates.

YTD Net Revenue Bill This column displays the net revenue for the year to date, calculated at billing rates.

YTD Overhead Amount Cost This column displays the overhead amount for the year to date, calculated at cost rates. If you generate a report showing overhead, but you have not yet allocated overhead for the current period, an estimated overhead amount is used.
YTD Overtime Hours This column displays the year-to-date standard overtime hours.
YTD Overtime Labor Amount Bill This column displays the amount spent on standard overtime labor hours for the year to date, calculated at billing rates. See the preceding description for the calculations.
YTD Overtime Labor Amount Cost

This column displays the amount spent on standard overtime labor hours for the year to date, calculated at cost rates. Overtime amounts are calculated differently for hourly employees and salaried employees.

  • For hourly employees, the overtime amount is calculated as follows:

    Overtime Hours * Hourly labor cost rate * Overtime percentage

  • For salaried employees, the overtime amount is calculated as follows:

    Overtime Hours * Annualized hourly rate * Overtime percentage

    The annualized hourly rate is calculated as follows: Annual salary / (Hours per week * 52)

YTD Profit When you generate the report at cost rates, this column displays the profit for the year to date.
YTD Profit Percent When you generate the report at cost rates, this column displays the profit percentage for the year to date.
YTD Realization Ratio This column displays the realization ratio for the year to date.
YTD Received This column displays the amount received for the year to date, excluding taxes.
YTD Regular Hours This column displays the year-to-date regular hours.
YTD Regular Labor Amount Bill This column displays the amount spent on regular labor hours for the year to date, calculated at cost rates.
YTD Regular Labor Amount Cost This column displays the amount spent on regular labor hours for the year to date, calculated at cost rates.
YTD Reimb. Consultant Amount Bill This column displays the amount of reimbursable consultant expenses for the year to date, calculated at billing rates.
