Columns for Labor Resource Requirements
You can select the columns to display on your report.

Field | Description |
---|---|
Average Available Hours | This column displays the average number of employee work hours available for the period scale. These values are based on your entry in Average Available Hours on the Options tab. |
Employee Name | This column displays the employee's full name: first, middle, and last name, with prefix and suffix. |
Employee Number | This column displays the employee's identification number. |
Generic Resource Code | This column displays the code for the generic resource. |
Generic Resource Description | This column displays the description of the generic resource. |
Hours/Amount Label | This column displays labels for the report rows (for example, Planned, Actual, or Available). |
Number of Staff | This column displays the number of employees. |
Resource Name | This column displays the name of the resource. |
Row Count | This column displays the row number of a line item. |
