Set Up Access to Saved Searches
For each security role, you can assign access rights to saved searches. You can grant access to all saved searches, or to only those searches that you specify.
To specify the saved searches that a role can access:
- In the Navigation pane, select .
- On the Roles form, select a role.
- On the Access Rights tab, set the Functional Area option to Saved Searches.

To allow the role access to saved searches that you specify, click
+ Add/Remove below the Saved Searches grid and then complete the following actions on the Saved Searches dialog box:
