Fields and Options
To create and edit proposals, you work with fields and options in Custom Proposals.

Use the Actions bar in Proposals to edit and save proposal information or export a proposal to a PDF file. - Proposal Builder Toolbar
Use the toolbar options to set default zoom and grid line settings for the Proposal Builder. - Custom Proposals Form
In the Custom Proposals application, you create and edit custom proposals. You select the appropriate hub records as well as the images to include. - New Proposal Dialog Box

Use the Proposal Template Preview dialog box to preview a template that will be used as the basis of a new custom proposal. - Proposal Properties Dialog Box
Set default properties for the proposal, including name, number, associated template, and other general details. - Dialog Boxes for Working with Estimate Tables
Use these dialog boxes when adding an estimate table to a proposal or editing an existing estimate. - Settings Pane
Use the Settings pane to set the properties for different areas of the proposal, including records, text, pages, documents, section breaks, and sections and pages. - Copy Proposal Dialog Box
Use the Copy Proposal dialog box to create a new proposal that is based on an existing proposal. This is useful when you have multiple proposals with similar content. - Export to PDF Dialog Box
Draft records are useful for proposals that you send to team members for review. The drafts continue to be updated as contributors change the records. If you attempt to export a proposal that includes draft records, you are prompted to finalize them on the Export to PDF dialog box. - Add Section Dialog Box
Use the Add Section dialog box to insert a section to a proposal. The section and its name are added to the Sections area of the Sections and Pages pane on the right side of the proposal. - Dialog Boxes for Editing Headers and Footers
Use the dialog boxes for Header and Footer Properties to edit the fields, text, and images that are included in proposal headers and footers. You can also format the spacing and padding between items. - Dialog Boxes for Editing Text
You use dialog boxes to edit the text included in a proposal, as well as the fonts, fields used, and formats for date, time, and currencies. - Dialog Boxes for Working With Records
Use dialog boxes to complete tasks related to working with records, including adding and editing records and their associated descriptions, selecting images to include in records, and editing resumes. - Rename the Proposal Dialog Box
Use this dialog box to rename an existing proposal.
