Depending on whether a module is licensed based on a number of employees or on a number of named users, Vantagepoint calculates the number of licenses in use as you add or terminate employees or as you add new users or change the access granted to existing users. If the number of licenses in use exceeds the number of employees or users you are licensed for, some functionality is disabled until you resolve the license violation. - Invalidated Sessions for Disabled Users
When a user's record is made inactive or their login is disabled, the user immediately loses access to the Vantagepoint application.
