An approver with appropriate access rights can reassign records to another employee in the Approval Center.
Appropriate access rights based on the approval workflow configuration are applied for this process. To reassign approval records, the reassign option must be configured in the approval workflow.
To reassign a record to another employee:

In the Navigation pane, select
.

In the search field at the top of the Approval Center form, select a record type.

To see only those records that require approval (or rejection), set
My Action Required to
Approve.
If you instead set this option to
None, all records that do not require action are displayed, including those that have completed the approval process.

Review and reassign records:

Reassign in the
Action Required field beside each approval record. You may also select the check box of the approval record and click
Reassign on the grid toolbar. |

Select the check boxes of the approval records and click

Approval Options on the grid toolbar to
Reassign All.
This action reassigns all the records for the selected approval type that match the current filter selections.

If the reassign action cannot be applied to one or more of the records, an explanatory message displays.

On the Change Assignment on Current Step dialog box, enter an employee in the
Add New Assignment To or
Move Assignment fields and then click
Change to delegate the selected requests and close the dialog box.
If the action cannot be applied to one or more of the records involved, an explanatory message displays.
