Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Add an Element Group to a Proposal or Template

You can add element groups to proposals and templates.

To add an element group to a template or proposal:
  1. Create and save an element group.
    The element group and/or icon are added to:
    • The Element Groups grid in Proposals > Templates.
    • The Deltek Elements panel in Proposals > Custom Proposals.
    • The element group's name, category, and description are added to the Element Groups dialog box, which provides a list of all element groups that are available when an element group is added to a proposal.
  2. Drag the Element Group onto the proposal.
    The Element Groups dialog box lists the element group name, description, and category.
  3. Select a element group in the list and click Select to display it on the Proposal Builder.
