Columns for the Billing Terms List Report

The Billing Terms List report contains a standard set of columns. You cannot select columns for this report.

Report Header

The header section of the report shows the following for each project:

  • Project name and number
  • Billing Client
  • Billing Contact
  • Billing Address
  • Billing Currency
  • Address
  • Enable Invoice Approvals checkbox and Approval Process
  • Next Invoice Number
  • Notes

Field Description
Project This column displays the project number.
Billing Client This column displays the name of the client to be billed.
Billing Contact This column displays the billing contact for the client.
Address This column displays all information for the vendor's primary address. If the vendor has no address marked as the primary address, this section is not displayed for that vendor.
Notes This column displays notes about the record.
Rates This field displays the billing rates.
Fee This field displays the fees.
Format This displays the report format settings.
More Calculations This field displays the billing limits and calculations.
Billing Backup This field describes the default labor and expense information.
Pre-Invoice This field displays the pre-invoice billing settings.
Supporting Document This column displays the document icon to indicate that the transaction has one or more supporting documents. Click this icon to launch the supporting documents in the application you use to view .PDF files rather than in the standard report Preview window.
