You can view employee absence requests in the Approval Center.
To view absence requests:

In the Navigation pane, select

On the Approval Center form, set
Approval Center to
Absence Requests.

On the Actions bar, click
View Absence Request Schedule.

On the Absence Request Schedule dialog box, if your firm uses multiple companies, select a company in the
Company field.

If you want to filter requests by type, set the
Absence Type option.

If you want to filter requests by status, set the
Status option.

Select the month to display using
and
above the calendar.
The
Employee Name column displays the names of employees who have absence requests in the selected month. The corresponding absence requests are highlighted on the calendar. The key below the calendar explains the color coding.

To view an info bubble that shows the employee's current sick leave and vacation hours, click the employee name.

Click
Close to close the dialog box and return to the Approval Center form.
