Creating an Element Group Quick Reference
An element group is a set of proposal elements that you group and save for reuse. You can create an element group from scratch or by saving a group of elements from an existing proposal. Element groups help you quickly create consistent proposals. Use this quick reference as a summary of the steps for creating a new element group.

Element Group onto the proposal. The Element Groups dialog box displays, listing the
Name,
Description, and
Category of each element group that is saved.
From the list, select the element group that you want to add to the template or proposal and click Select. If the element group's page properties are different than the page that you drag it onto, you are prompted to either keep the existing page properties or to use the page properties saved with the element group. The element group displays on the template or proposal. |
