Payroll Reports
Use payroll reports to organize, present, and monitor data related to your employees' pay, federal taxes, state taxes, and local income taxes.
You generate the Payroll Journal in Payroll. You generate the other payroll reports in the Reporting application.

- Run Payroll Reports in Prior Periods
You can run reports, review W-2 data, or reprint posting logs for a prior accounting period's payroll processing run. To do this, you enter a prior accounting period and run reports or review data as usual, reporting on data that was current during that period. - Payroll Journal
The Payroll Journal provides you with an audit trail of all information processed while posting payroll. The primary purpose of this journal is to provide employee-level detail of the payroll postings and certain W-2 quarter-to-date and year-to-date figures. - Payroll Processing Posting Log
The Payroll Processing Posting Log lists the general ledger accounts that were affected by a payroll posting and the total amounts debited and credited to each account.
