Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Billing Summary - Update Percent Complete Dialog Box

Use this dialog box to review a summary of the billing budget, compensation amounts, and actual job-to-date amounts at billing rates for the selected project.

The data is summarized at the lowest levels of the work breakdown structure (WBS). You can also update overall, labor, and expense percent complete amounts for WBS elements, and depending on how Vantagepoint is set up, you may also be able to update compensation amounts.

If you use multiple currencies, the currency for the amounts on this dialog box is based on the Use Billing Currency Not Project Currency option in Settings > Accounting > Labor Options:
  • If that option is selected, the amounts are in the project's billing currency.
  • If that option is not selected, the amounts are in the project currency.
