When you schedule a meeting in either Gmail or
Vantagepoint, you can synchronize the meeting information so that the details are available in both applications.
Because synchronization is bidirectional, any new or changed information in
Vantagepoint is automatically updated in Gmail, and vice versa.
Important: When you add a meeting to either application and add contacts and employees to the meeting, those contacts and employees are automatically invited to the meeting using Gmail's standard functionality.
If you set a meeting to be private, its information will not synchronize to the other application.
