Use this form to create billing invoices one at a time by project, modify the transactions to be billed on each invoice, update the percentage complete for fee-based projects, and generate and print final invoices. - Labor Tab Dialog Boxes

Use the Units tab dialog boxes to work with unit charges entered through unit transactions or billing unit inserts for the selected project/phase/task up through the current period, Bill-Thru-Date, or Bill-Thru Period. - Additional Documentation Dialog Box in Interactive Billing
Use this dialog box to indicate which additional documents you want to include when you preview and print an invoice in Interactive Billing. - Assign Invoice Number Dialog Box
Use this dialog box in Interactive Billing to select whether to use an automatically assigned number or enter a different number for the next invoice or credit memo. - Bill Retainage Dialog Box
Use this dialog box in Interactive Billing to bill a client for some or all of a project's previously withheld retainage amounts. - Billing Group Dialog Box
To link multiple projects for billing purposes, include them in a billing group. In some Vantagepoint applications, such as the Projects hub and the Interactive Billing form, you can select a project that belongs to a billing group and then use this dialog box to display data for a different project from that same billing group. - Billing Session Printer Dialog Box
Use the Billing Session Printer dialog box to establish printing options for the current billing session, such as the printer to use and the paper size. Defaults are based on the printing options selected for the printer from the application server. The options that you select apply to the current session. - Billing Terms Fees Tab Dialog Box
Use the Billing Terms Fees Tab dialog box of Interactive Billing or Batch Billing to override the default fee billing terms, such as the percent complete or the current fee being billed. - Currency Override Dialog Box
If you use multiple currencies in Vantagepoint, use this dialog box to override the default exchange rate for an entire work breakdown structure when you accept an invoice in Interactive Billing. - Draft Invoice Comments Dialog Box (Interactive Billing)
For invoices that require approval, use this dialog box in Interactive Billing to enter, view, or update comments related to invoice approval actions. - Email Invoice Dialog Box
Use this dialog box in Interactive Billing or Draft Invoice Approvals to send an invoice or credit memo as a .PDF file attachment along with an email message. - Employee Realization Allocation Dialog Box in Interactive Billing
Use this dialog box to view employee realization data, hours, and billing rates or cost rates. You can also edit employee-specific realization amounts and the labor realization value. - Invoice Accept Dialog Box
Use this dialog box in Interactive Billing to accept a draft invoice for final billing. If a project's invoices are required to go through an approval process, the invoices must be approved before you can accept them. - Supporting Document Dialog Box in Interactive Billing
Use this dialog box to view, upload, and delete supporting documents and override the automatic printing of a supporting document with invoices if a project's billing terms specify that supporting documents always print with invoices.
