Upload Files for an AP Invoice

You upload files when you create new AP invoices or when you want to add files to existing AP invoices.

To upload files for an AP invoice:

  1. In the Navigation pane, select Transaction Center > AP Invoice Approvals.
  2. Select one of the following actions:
    Option Description
    If you are creating a new AP invoice

    On the AP Invoice Approvals form, click the Upload AP Invoice option. On the Open dialog box, select one or more files that you want to upload and click Open to create a new AP invoice.

    If you select multiple files, you can choose to add all the files to one AP Invoice Approval record or to create separate records for each file.

    If you are adding files to an existing AP invoice
    Search for an existing AP invoice and either:
    • Drag a file onto the AP Invoice Approvals form.
    • Click the Upload File link below the AP Invoices grid and, on the Open dialog box, select one or more files that you want to upload and include with the AP invoice.

    The appropriate workflow status and access right are needed to upload additional files to an existing invoice record.

    The newly uploaded files display in the AP Invoices grid.
