Fields and Options
Use fields and options on the Contract Management form to enter expected compensation amounts and contract amounts for projects, and to specify how you want to allocate estimated fee amounts on Project Forecast reports.

Use the Contract Management form to enter expected compensation amounts and contract amounts for the current project. You can also enter the current percent complete. Use the Estimated Fee tab to specify how you want to allocate the estimated fee amounts on Project Forecast reports. - Credit Allocation Dialog Box
Use the Credit Allocation dialog box to enter a credit percentage for each employee who should receive sales credit for a contract. When you generate a Sales Credit report, those percentages are then used to calculate the portion of the total contract amount for which each employee is given sales credit. - Allocation Template Dialog Box
Your system administrator can create templates that you can use as the basis for your estimated revenue allocations for individual projects if you want to allocate based on specific dates. Use this dialog box to select a template. - Grid Settings Dialog Box
Use the Grid Settings dialog box to indicate how you want to group rows in the grid and to select columns to display in the grid.
