Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Contents of the Print Dialog Box

This dialog displays from a generated report.

Field Description
Page Size Select the page size from the pre-defined options on the drop-down list.
Page Orientation Select the page orientation, portrait (standard, vertical) or landscape (horizontal), for the report.
Print Click Print to convert the report to a PDF. On the Print dialog box, click the link to view a PDF of your generated report if it doesn't open automatically, or click Done when complete.
