Review the common fields and options found on the forms and dialog boxes that are available in Reporting.

Use the Reporting form to access favorite reports, create new reports, change report option settings, specify new selection criteria, and view or print current or archived reports. - Individual Report Forms
Use the tabs and grids on the individual report forms to format your reports. - Select Groupings Dialog Box
Use the Select Groupings dialog box to create or modify groupings for use on reports. You group data on a report to make it easier to locate and review the information included on the report. - Select Columns Dialog Box
Display the Select Columns dialog box to select columns to include on a report. - Email Report Dialog Box
Use the Email Report dialog box to distribute a report as an email attachment or to send a link to the report in an email message. - Print Dialog Box
After you generate a report, it displays in a preview window where you can choose to download or print the report. - Copy From Favorite Dialog Box
When you create a new report or update an existing report, you can copy the options from a saved favorite to that new report, instead of creating the new report from scratch. - Format Currency Dialog Box
Vantagepoint provides default currency formats for reports. In certain cases, Vantagepoint provides the Format Currency dialog box so you can modify those default currency formats to meet special requirements. - Format Date Time Dialog Box
Vantagepoint provides default date and time formats for reports. In certain cases, you can use this dialog box to modify the default date and time formats. - Format Number Dialog Box
Vantagepoint provides default non-currency number formats for reports and other Vantagepoint output. - Calculated Fields Dialog Box
If you can select columns for a report, use the Calculated Fields dialog box to add your own calculated fields to the selected report. - Manage Drill Down Dialog Box
Use this dialog box to select the columns to display in a Drill Down grid or to restore defaults. - Report Preview Window
When you run a report, Vantagepoint displays the report on your computer screen, on the Preview window. You can review or print the report, drill-down to view supporting detail, or download the report to a file. - Save Report Dialog Box
Use the Save Report dialog box to save a report as favorite. This saves the search criteria, column selections, column order, grouping, and sort settings for the report.
