Print a Time or Expense Report Transaction

After entering a timesheet or expense report transaction, you can print a transaction record from the Transaction Posting form.

To print a Time or Expense Report transaction:

  1. In the Navigation pane, select Transaction Center > Time and Expense Posting.
  2. Select the Timesheet tab or Expense Report tab.
  3. From the list of records, select the checkbox next to one or more transactions that you want to print or post.
    Click the Select All check box to select all time or expense reports on this tab to post.
  4. Use the Actions bar to print the report:
    • Print: Click this option to print a transaction record from either the All Transaction form or from the Transaction Entry form. When you print a transaction, you can specify if you want to show report options for the transaction report or hide them. Showing report options allows you to access a Layout tab where you can define the document properties for the report. See the Print a Transaction Report online help topic for more information.
    • Print - Errors Only: Click this option to print a file that includes errors for the current transaction batch.

    After the report generates, it displays in a preview window listing the selected transaction records. You can review the report to make sure it contains the appropriate data in the correct format, and then print, download, and share as needed.
