Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Contents of the Connect Sync Options Dashboard

Use this dashboard to view an overview of synchronization information.

Field Description
Synchronization Use these options to trigger the synchronization process:
  • Resume: When the synchronization process has been paused, select this option to resume the synchronization process.
  • Pause: When synchronization is enabled, select this option to pause the process until it is re-enabled.
  • Force Sync: Select this option to manually force the synchronization between Vantagepoint and Connect.
Last Session This field displays the date and status of the last synchronization.
Mail Service Connection Status Click Settings to open the Configure Email Connectivity fields and set up the email configuration for the user. Depending on the method that is used to log into the email account, you might set up either an email address or a Domain/User Name.
Synchronization Statistics Review this information for a graphical display of the successful and failed synchronizations.
