Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Columns for Proposal Firm List Report

You can select the columns to display on your report.

Field Description
Address This column displays all information for the vendor's primary address. If the vendor has no address marked as the primary address, this section is not displayed for that vendor.
Address2 This column displays the second line of the record's address if applicable. Typically, this can be an apartment or unit number.
City This column displays the city from the record's address.
Concatenated Address This column displays the individual's street address, city, state, and ZIP code. The report shows this information in a single column.
Country This column displays the country from the record's address.
Create Date This column displays the date on which the record was created.
Create User This column displays the Vantagepoint user ID of the employee who created the record.
Date Established This column displays the date the record was established.
Fax This column displays the fax number for the record.
Firm Name This column displays the name of the firm.
Interested in Foreign Work Select this option if your firm is interested in foreign work.
Linked Employee If an employee is linked to the record, this column displays the employee's name.
Modify Date This column displays the date on which the record was most recently modified.
Modify User This column displays the user ID of the person who most recently modified the record.
Office Location This column displays the location of the office.
Ownership Type This column displays the type of owner.
Parent Firm This field displays the parent firm record when a firm hierarchy is established.
Parent Indicator This Yes/No column indicates whether or not the firm is a parent firm.
Phone This column displays the phone number for the record.
Small Business This Yes/No column indicates whether or not the firm or vendor is a small business. This is based on the selections in Socioeconomic Status on the Overview tab of the Firms hub. Minority status information may be useful in preparing proposals.
Small Disadvantaged This Yes/No column indicates whether or not the business is designated as a small disadvantaged business. This is based on the selections in Socioeconomic Status on the Overview tab of the Firms hub. Minority status information may be useful in preparing proposals.
State This column displays the two-character abbreviation for the state from the record's address.
Total Personnel This column displays the total number of personnel.
Woman Owned This Yes/No column indicates whether or not the firm is a business owned by a woman. This is based on the selections in Socioeconomic Status on the Overview tab of the Firms hub. Minority status information may be useful in preparing proposals.
Zip This columns displays the ZIP code from the record's address.
