Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Delete a Property Type

You can delete a property type that is not associated with an asset. If the property type is associated with an asset, you must first remove the association from the asset on the Asset Type tab before you can delete the property type.

To delete a property type:

  1. On the Navigation pane in the desktop application, select Settings > Asset Management.
  2. On the Property tab, in the Property Type grid, click the row that contains the property type that you want to delete.
  3. On the grid toolbar, click Delete.
  4. Click Save.
