For the desktop application, you can monitor user activity, disable or enable user logins, and send email messages related to logins.

Use this utility whenever you need to review which applications Vantagepoint users are accessing in the desktop application and the date/time of their most recent activity. - Disable User Logins
You must disable logins to perform certain maintenance tasks. If all logins are disabled, users with an Admin Security role are still able to log on. This utility is separate from the option to disable users in Security Settings. - Enable User Logins
You can enable user logins for all users after you are done with the task that required you to disable logins. - Send an Email Message to Users
You can send an email message to users if you need people to log off Vantagepoint so that you can perform maintenance tasks.
