Enable Lead Qualifications

If your firm uses the CRM Plus module, you can enable the Lead Qualification feature to allow users to manage the entry and qualification of contacts (leads) during the sales process.

When the Lead Qualification feature is enabled, the Contacts hub includes a Qualified Status field in the Summary pane to help you manage the entry and qualification of contacts that start out as leads. See Qualifying Contacts for additional information.

To enable the Lead Qualifications feature:

  1. From the Navigation menu, click Settings > CRM.
  2. On the CRM Plus Settings form, select Yes for Enable Lead Qualifications.
  3. Click Save.
