Weblink Form
Use the Weblink form to select the database that you want to modify and to specify related information such as the SQL Server, Windows Authentication settings, SaaS settings, report server settings, and more.

You display this form from your web/application server. - General Tab of the Weblink Form
Use this tab to specify the database connection information, such as the server name, user name, and password. You can also disable the process server or the server-to-server synchronization server on a given database. - Report Server Tab of the Weblink Form
