Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Calculated Field Options Dialog Box

Use the Calculated Field Options dialog box to add or create calculated fields for the dashpart that you are creating or editing.

The calculated fields that you create when using the Calculated Field Options dialog box in the Dashpart Designer are not available system-wide. Instead, the calculated field is available to the associated dashpart base where the calculated field was created. For example, when you create a calculated field on a dashpart with the Project dashpart base, that calculated field becomes available and can be used in all dashparts that have the Project dashpart base.
